Member

Before 17 August $795, After $895
All members of Site automatically receive the discounted member rate, which allows acccess to all Site International Conference activities

Non-Member

Before 17 August $995, After $1,095
All individuals who are not Site members. This grants access to all Site International Conference activities.

Associate

Before 17 August $895, After $995
Associate registration is available to all non-members who work in the same organization as a member and allows access to all Site International Conference activities

Guest

Before 17 August $550, After $650
Crystal Awards Luncheon Guest $150

Site welcomes registered adult guests (18 years or older) at the Site International Conference. Guest registration grants access to the evening events and CSR activity but does not include educational sessions or luncheons. There is a limit of one guest per full Conference registrant.

Student/Faculty

Before 17 August $400, After $500
 The Student and Faculty pass grants full access to Site International Conference events. For registration, please send a copy of your university ID or proof of university attendance to Site Global (rate pending approval)

Day Rate

Saturday $550, Sunday $550
The Day Rate grants full access to the Site International Conference events on the chosen day. 

Chinese Delegate

Member August $450, Non-Member $600
Special rate for full conference registration to any individual who lives in China. A code is needed from Site Global to register at this rate.

Registration/Payment
Full Payment must be received in order to confirm registration. Charge your registration to American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Diners Club.

Registration Cut-off
5 September 2012 is the cutoff date for pre-conference registrations accepted at Site Headquarters. After 5 September, you may only register oniste at the Site International Conference.

Confirmation
All registrants will receive written confirmation/receipt of registration via e-mail, after completing your reigstration with full payment.

Cancellations & Refunds
Written requests for registration refunds must be received via e-mail on or before 5 September. All conference cancellations received on or before 17 August will receive a full refund less a $150USD administrative fee ($75USD for fees under $150USD). Cancellations received between 17 August and 5 September will receive a 50% refund less a $150USD administrative fee ($75USD for fees under $150USD). No refunds will be made after 5 September 2012 (name substitutions only). Refunds are not given for no-shows.

Substitutions
If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your compnay. All requests for substitutions must be made via e-mail. Substitutions after 5 September will be processed at the Site International Conference and all fees will still apply.
